Refund & Exchange Policy
At AroosaStore, we accept returns or exchanges for unstitched items purchased through our online store within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, includes all original components, and is returned in its original packaging.
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Please note: We only offer returns or refunds if the product received is damaged. Minor color differences between the actual product and its images—due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings—are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
