Shipping Policy

At AroosaStore, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days after receiving them through our website.

We partner with PostEx COD as our primary courier service for nationwide deliveries across Pakistan.

Important Note

In accordance with Cash on Delivery (COD) regulations in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the delivery personnel.

You may inspect or request a return or exchange only after full payment has been completed and the parcel has been received.

For returns or exchanges, please contact us after receiving your parcel. You’ll need to return the item at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy.

We kindly request that you do not ask the courier to open the package before payment, as this is strictly prohibited under COD rules in Pakistan.
